Project Overview
Embarking on the creation of Fluffy Cloud, a captivating 2D mobile
game developed using Unity Engine and C#, I eagerly sought to enhance
my programming skills and explore the fascinating world of game development.
Throughout this solo endeavor, I delved into the realm of object-oriented
programming and immersed myself in Unity's versatile features.
As part of my journey, I studied various AI algorithms, including A* and
alpha-beta, with the intention of incorporating them into the game design,
hoping to introduce a new level of sophistication. However, upon careful
consideration, I realized that these strategies were not well-suited for
the gameplay experience I envisioned. Instead, I made the bold decision
to innovate by implementing a lightning feature that dynamically tracks
the cloud's position, injecting a fresh and exhilarating challenge into
the game.
By embarking on this project, I not only honed my programming
skills but also pushed myself to explore new territories and overcome
the hurdles of creating something unique.
While the game is not currently available on app stores, I have developed a fully functional version as an APK file. Although I decided not to publish it due to my desire to further refine the graphic design of certain elements, I am open to sharing the game and its source code privately upon request. This allows me to demonstrate my programming skills and showcase the effort I have put into creating an engaging and visually appealing mobile game experience.
